I’m really pleased with this design. It looks like a find from ancient Greece, or perhaps Atlantis? It has a beautiful shape and sits very elegantly on the collarbone and the aqua green and blue are a perfect complement for the warm, rich tones of the copper.
Sterling and fine silver necklace, with a chrysocolla cabochon and beads of labradorite and blue-green apatite.
Beautiful and bright, these tribal inspired earrings catch the eye and play a delicate tune in the breeze.
For this necklace I created a texture plate using polymer clay and a ball stylus. Once my design was transferred to the copper, I accentuated it by carving deeper, recessed outlines. Post-firing I applied a liver of sulphur patina, polished it to a high sheen and finished with a handmade wire clasp.

I’ll try to post whenever I’ve completed something new and I’ll also be adding a sketches and ideas section a little later on. In the meantime, on with the creativity!
